Sheila usually holds four Gong Intensive Workshops during the year. The two-day Gong Intensive is an immersion in the Gong teachings for a whole weekend. The weekend Intensive is open to both beginners and those who already play a little, and our work over the two days will be structured according to the needs of the participants. A variety of gong-related subjects will be covered including learning and practising various techniques. This is an ideal workshop for those who want to kick-start their gong experience and begin their gong journey with expert tuition in the powerful gong space! There will be plenty of opportunity to use many of the different high quality gongs in Sheila’s collection. We will also mention some of the other instruments used in our gong work, & students will learn how to give a simple seated gongbath. Over the two days participants will have ample opportunity to deepen their own personal experience with this powerful healing instrument. Sheila’s books will be available to buy at this workshop, which counts towards CPD and is also a College of Sound Healing extra module workshop for those doing the College training. Please contact Sheila for an information flyer & further details. Earlybird discounted price of £150 applies if workshop is booked and paid for online more than one month in advance.

Online booking is available for all Workshops on the Online Shop and Bookings page, or at Sheila's direct Paypal link here - please state what you are paying for! When you book online or by sending a cheque, you will receive a confirmation email that your booking has been received and your place is assured. September 8th & 9th 2018. 10am to 5pm each day, cost £210
This Level 2 workshop follows the very successful and fully booked two-day Gong Intensive Workshop which Sheila taught in Dublin in March this year. She is delighted to have been asked back to do another, which will be suitable both for those who came to the earlier weekend, and also for newcomers. This Level 2 Workshop is another opportunity to immerse yourself in the gong teachings for a whole weekend and learn more about the gongs and their role for healing and therapy work. In this workshop we will re-visit some of the basics that were covered in the March Intensive, as well as introducing new and deeper aspects of the work. This workshop will enable participants to move further forward in their own personal journey with the gongs. Over the two days attendees will have ample opportunity to deepen their own connection and experience with this powerful healing instrument. We will be using high quality large gongs that Sheila and her assistant Pauline will bring with them from their own collections in the UK, as well as others. We may also have on loan some gongs and instruments from Gandharva Loka Dublin - World Music Store,
Please do bring your own gong if you have one.
Sheila’s books and CD’s will be available to buy at this workshop.
Please email Sheila for an information flyer for the Level 2 Dublin workshop.
Online booking is available on the Online Shop & Bookings page or at Sheila's direct Paypal link here. Advance booking and payment is essential for this event

November 3rd & 4th 2018
10am to 5pm each day, cost £170

Sound Healing is the conscious application of harmonious and therapeutic sound frequencies to a person, with the intention of bringing them back into a state of harmony on all levels of their being – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. This can be done in a number of different ways - by using the voice and also using various therapeutic Sound Healing instruments. In this SH Foundation workshop, Sheila will cover four of the main ways in which we can give Sound Healing : using the voice (toning, overtoning, chanting), using Tuning forks, using Himalayan bowls, and using high quality Gongs (Sheila’s specialist subject). We will spend approximately half a day on each area of this SH work, and all instruments will be provided for the use of participants. Sheila has introduced this new workshop for 2018, to give participants a taster and some practical experience of how Sound Healing works. The intention is that participants come away after the weekend with some basic knowledge and grounding in this huge and fascinating subject, which they can then take further, and study particular areas in more depth if they wish. All the disciplines covered in this workshop are taught in specialist workshops by experienced tutors of the College of Sound Healing.
Please contact Sheila for an information flyer & further details. Booking is on the Online Shop & Bookings page, or at Sheila's direct Paypal link here. An Earlybird discounted price of £150 applies if the workshop is booked and paid for online more than one month in advance.

Next one : TBA March 2019 Cost £60
This is a short-day workshop, from 11am to 4pm, to be held at Splatthayes Studio, Buckerell, Honiton, east Devon. We will be chanting in both English and Sanskrit – the powerful sacred language of traditional spiritual chanting. We will cover the basics of Sanskrit including elementary pronunciation, and learn both simple and more complex chants. This workshop is for those who are interested in the power of chant and mantra, both for use in sound healing, & as part of a spiritual practice. It is suitable for all - whether seasoned chanters or novices, as the day will be structured to suit the group. Participants can expect to end the day in an elevated state of consciousness due to the high energy vibration of sacred chanting! This used to be a full day workshop but we had to shorten it as participants were getting too blissed out to continue until 5pm! When workshop date is fixed, an information flyer is available - please email for more details using the Contact form. Book and pay using Sheila's direct Paypal link here or go to the Online Shop & Bookings page.

Next one : TBA March 2019 Cost £95

This is a one-day workshop, held
at Splatthayes Studio, Buckerell, Honiton, east Devon. This workshop is for beginners on the harmonium. Sheila has developed this unique workshop to meet an obvious need for people who want to learn to play the harmonium (miniature organ) to accompany chanting. It helps if you already have some knowledge of the piano keyboard, but this is not essential, as full tuition will be given. You will be given very simple music to take away for your own ongoing practise. N.B You do not need to be able to read music to attend and benefit from this workshop – the music is a simple system that Sheila has devised, which can be read by everyone. Harmoniums will be provided but do bring your own if you have one. This workshop may also include a little work with the smaller and more basic brother of the harmonium – the Shruti box. Numbers will be limited so that individual attention can be given to participants. When workshop date is fixed, an information flyer is available - please email for more details using the Contact form. If you have already booked your place you can pay your balance using Sheila's direct Paypal link here.

+ Deposits are paid to save your space in our often fully booked workshops, and are non-refundable.
+ Cancellations more than two months prior to the workshop - your deposit can be transferred to another workshop if spaces are available
+ Cancellations more than four weeks prior to the workshop – refund of your balance minus the deposit of £50.
+ Cancellations less than four weeks before the workshop – no refund.
